📦 Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are hand-poured and packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipping.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. orders).

Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your candles! If something isn’t right, here’s what to do:

 

✨️Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please email us at TheEnchantedChandlery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

✨️Change of Heart?

Because our candles are hand-poured, we unfortunately can’t accept returns due to scent preference. But don’t worry—our Candle Care guide will help you get the most out of your candle!

✨️Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
